The bank is running a Transformation Program within the B2B (Leasing & Factoring) area. Within the program, several Initiatives have been organized with the responsibility to deliver the business products & processes. To support the delivery of the Initiatives, cross-functional workstreams have been established to take full responsibility and drive a streamlined delivery process & streamlined platform throughout the program.

As a Requirements & Design Workstream Lead within the program you are responsible for driving the workstream to ensure consistency, alignment and efficiency throughout the program which means:

Ensuring way of working with requirements & design cross the Program Initiatives, i.e. own the

Requirements & Design process within the program and continuously drive improvements in WoW. Driving the workstream activities according to decided scope, budget and timeline Being responsible for the program Jira repository and the WoW with Jira within the program. Being the Team Lead for Business Analysts, feature drivers and solution architects that are assigned to the workstream. Ensure close collaboration with other workstreams & initiatives within the program. Being the project manager of the workstream which means planning, driving and follow-up on all workstream activities.

  • Minimum 5 years’ experience as a Requirements Workstream Lead or Project Manager (or equivalent)
  • Experience from working in Core Banking Transformation Programs/Projects.
  • Experience from working with requirements related to external vendors and standardized platforms.
  • Experience from establishing and implementing requirements way of working.
    Knowledge and experience in Factoring, Leasing or Asset Finance business.
  • Experience of working with Jira.
  • Strong drive.
  • Excellent people skills.
  • Administrative and structured.
  • Excellent Swedish and English, written and spoken
